Find older mail

Search

Your AI can search by words, sender, or subject. The search runs at your provider (Gmail search, Outlook search, or IMAP search), so it reaches mail older than the synced window. Matching messages are added to the synced copy so your AI can open them. Spam and Trash are never searched. A search returns up to 50 matches.

Load older messages

If you want to work through older mail in one folder, ask your AI to load more of it. It pulls older messages into that folder only, up to 1000 messages per folder. Other folders and inboxes stay as they are. This is not available for Outlook yet. Search still works there.
