Can my AI see every inbox in one list?

Yes. The synced mail from every connected inbox is in one list, and the inbox view has an All inboxes tab. Ask "what came in today across all my inboxes?" and your AI answers from all of them.

How do I search all my mail?

Your AI can search by words, sender, or subject. The search runs at your provider (Gmail search, Outlook search, or IMAP search), so it reaches mail older than the synced window. Matching messages are added to the synced copy so your AI can open them. Spam and Trash are never searched.

A search returns the newest 20 matches by default, or up to 50 if you ask for more. It runs on one inbox at a time, and can be limited to one folder. With several inboxes, ask "search all my inboxes for the lease agreement" and your AI runs the search on each one.

How do I work through older mail in one folder?

Ask your AI to load more of that folder. It pulls older messages into that folder only, up to 1000 messages per folder. Other folders and inboxes stay as they are. Loading older mail into a folder is not available for Outlook inboxes. Search works there.
