Can my AI search all my email accounts at once?
Recent mail from every inbox is in one list. A full mailbox search runs one inbox at a time, so your AI searches each in turn.
Junk and scams: what goes to Spam and what your assistant sees
Obvious scams go straight to Spam. If something only looks like junk or a scam, your assistant gets a heads-up and decides with you.
How do I get to inbox zero with my AI?
Say "let's do inbox zero". Your AI shows 10 messages at a time with a suggested action for each, and you decide.
How do I tell my AI what it can do without asking me?
Write standing rules in Settings, such as "archive newsletters older than a week". Without one, your AI suggests and waits.
Can my AI clean up old notifications and newsletters?
Yes. Once you turn cleanup on, your AI can archive duplicate notices, old calendar replies, delivered shipping updates, and old unread newsletters.
