Connect your inboxes to your AI agent

Inbox Triage links Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook.com and Microsoft 365, iCloud (app-specific password), and generic IMAP to your agent. Syncs the newest ~300 messages per selected folder for iCloud/IMAP/Microsoft (~40 for Gmail). The agent drafts, you approve in chat, and only then does it send (IMAP, iCloud, and Gmail once send is enabled). Microsoft stays draft-only for now.

Providers Gmail Google Workspace Microsoft 365 / Outlook iCloud Mail Custom-domain IMAP

Multiple providers, one plan

Gmail and Workspace via Google OAuth. Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 via Microsoft OAuth. iCloud with an app-specific password. Any other domain over IMAP. Pro covers up to 10 connected inboxes.

MCP tools by name

list_inboxes, list_messages, get_message, create_draft, send_draft, trash_message. Point your agent at https://getinboxtriage.com/mcp. Connect over OAuth 2.1 when your client supports it, or use a bearer API key from Account. Do not paste secrets into chat.

You enter credentials yourself

Google or Microsoft sign-in, or a masked password form for IMAP/iCloud. Credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Your agent holds only an Inbox Triage API key or OAuth token, never your mailbox password. Sending is off by default. When you turn it on, the agent sends only after you approve the full message in chat (IMAP, iCloud, and Gmail).

How each provider connects

List, read, draft, and trash work the same on every mailbox. Sign-in differs by provider.

Gmail & Google Workspace

Google OAuth with gmail.readonly, gmail.compose, and gmail.modify. Never mail.google.com. Drafts land in Gmail. Once send is enabled, the agent sends after you approve in chat.

Microsoft 365 & Outlook

Microsoft Graph OAuth (Mail.ReadWrite). Covers Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, and Microsoft 365 work domains. The agent saves drafts in the mailbox and you send them from your mail app. Approve-in-chat send is coming soon.

iCloud & custom IMAP

iCloud needs an Apple app-specific password. Any other domain uses generic IMAP (for example mail.yourdomain.com, port 993). The connection is tested live before the password is stored.
