Terms of Service

The service

Inbox Triage connects email accounts you already own to the AI agent you choose over MCP, so the agent can list, read, draft, label, archive, and trash messages within a recent triage window (about 300 messages per folder, about 40 for Gmail). We may change, add, or remove features over time.

Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• Keep your password and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by agents you connect.
• Give accurate account information and keep your email address current.

Your agent, drafts, and sending

Your AI agent acts on your instructions. Composing a message creates a draft in your own mailbox; drafts are never sent automatically. Sending requires you to turn sending on and approve the exact message in chat. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve and for the messages sent from your accounts. Your use of an AI provider is also governed by that provider's terms.

Acceptable use

• Only connect mailboxes you own or are authorized to access.
• Do not use the service for spam, unsolicited bulk mail, phishing, or other abusive or unlawful activity.
• Do not try to bypass limits, quotas, or security controls, or interfere with the service or other users.

Trial, subscription, and billing

• The free trial lasts 14 days, includes 1 inbox, and needs no card. When it ends, agent access pauses until you subscribe.
• Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the prices on the Pricing page, including $2 per month for each inbox beyond the first. Adding or removing inboxes adjusts your charges.
• Your subscription renews each month until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew.
• No partial refunds. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not give refunds or credits for unused time, except where the law requires it.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next billing period after the notice.

Your data

You own your email and account data. You give us permission to process it only to provide and secure the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, fails to pay, or puts the service or other users at risk. When an account is closed, its stored mailbox credentials and synced mail are deleted.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that an AI agent will act correctly. Keep your own backups of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service, messages you approve and send, or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date below and email you before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
