How do I connect more than one email account to my AI?

How many inboxes can I connect?

How do I add a second account?

1. On Inboxes, enter a clear label, like "Work Gmail", and the second address.
2. Choose Add inbox and sign in to that account. See How do I add an inbox?
3. Repeat for each account. Your AI app does not need to be set up again.

Can I connect two accounts from the same provider?

Yes. Personal Gmail and work Gmail, or two Outlook accounts, count as two inboxes. Add each one and sign in to the right account when Google or Microsoft asks. Give them clear labels so you and your AI can tell them apart.

How does my AI see several inboxes?

Your AI works across all of them at once or one at a time. The inbox view has a tab for All inboxes and one tab per inbox. In chat, you can name an inbox by its label: "show me Work Gmail." Replies are drafted from the inbox the email arrived in.
