How do I connect Outlook?

1. On Inboxes, enter a label and your Microsoft address, and choose Add inbox.
2. Microsoft's sign-in opens. Sign in and accept the permissions.
3. You come back to Inbox Triage, and the first sync starts.

What does Microsoft let Inbox Triage do?

• Read and change your mail (Mail.ReadWrite).
• Send mail you approved (Mail.Send).
• Read your basic profile, so we know which account you signed in with (User.Read).
• Stay signed in, so syncing keeps working (offline_access).

Your Microsoft password goes only to Microsoft.

What can my AI do in Outlook?

• Read and search your mail, and search older mail at Microsoft.
• Archive, move to Deleted Items, or move to Junk, with undo.
• Flag messages (Outlook's version of a star).
• Write drafts that appear in your Outlook Drafts folder, and send them after you turn sending on and approve each one.

What can it not do in Outlook?

• Labels. Those are Gmail only.
• Unsubscribe. It does not work for Microsoft inboxes. Open the unsubscribe link in the email yourself, or archive the sender's mail.
• Load older mail into the synced copy. Your AI can still search older mail at Microsoft.
• Exchange servers your company runs itself. Only Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 work. If your server offers IMAP, connect over IMAP.
