Add or remove inboxes from your plan

Change the number

1. Choose Add or remove inboxes.
2. Use + and − to set how many inboxes your plan covers. The new monthly total updates as you go.
3. Choose Confirm, or Confirm and pay when you are adding.

Pro always covers at least 5 inboxes and at most 10. Each extra inbox is $2/mo.

Adding inboxes: proration

You pay today for the rest of the current billing month, prorated. The dialog shows the exact amount due now before you confirm, and charges the card on your subscription. The new inboxes are ready right after payment. From your next bill, you pay the new monthly price.

When you try to add an inbox and the plan is full

The Add an inbox form becomes Your plan is full. Pick how many to add and choose Continue. The next page shows the amount due today and your new monthly price. Choose Pay to finish, then add the inbox. If you wait more than 30 minutes, reload the page for a fresh price.

Lowering your plan

• Nothing is charged or refunded today. The lower price starts at your next bill.
• You can undo it until then. Look for Undo next to "Your plan drops to…".
• If more inboxes are in use than the new number, you choose which ones keep syncing. The rest are paused. They keep their mail.
