Inbox TriageI see sample or demo messages
Sample messages appear only in an inbox that has no sign-in stored yet. They are marked Demo, and every sender
ends in .test. Choose Connect on the inbox to see your real mail.
Why they appear
Some setups let you try Inbox Triage before you connect a mailbox. Until then, the inbox holds sample messages so you and your AI can see how things work. They are always marked Demo, and drafts made from them cannot be sent.
Get your real mail
- Open Inboxes.
- Choose Connect on the inbox and sign in.
A connected inbox never switches to samples
If a real inbox stops working, we show an error and a Repair button. We do not replace your mail with samples. See Fix a broken connection.
