Drafts and sending: common questions

Can the AI send email without asking me?

No. Sending is off by default. When you turn it on, your AI still shows you each full email and sends only after you approve it.

Where do drafts show up?

In the Drafts folder of the inbox the email came to. You can open them in Gmail, Outlook, or your usual mail app.

Can it send from Outlook?

Not yet. Outlook and Microsoft 365 are draft-only. Your AI writes the draft and you send it from Outlook.

Can I edit a draft before it sends?

Yes. Ask your AI for changes, edit it on the draft card, or edit it in your mail app. A changed draft needs a new approval.

Can my AI attach files to an email?

No. Drafts are text only. Upload the file to Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar and put the share link in the email.

How do I turn sending off?

Tell your AI "turn off sending." Drafts keep working, and nothing can be sent until you turn it back on.
