Can my AI send from Outlook and Microsoft 365?

What do I need?

• A connected Outlook or Microsoft 365 inbox.
• Sending turned on for your account. See How do I let my AI send email?

How does it work?

1. Your AI writes the draft. It appears in your Outlook Drafts folder.
2. You see the full email, with To, Cc, Subject, and the body.
3. You approve it. Your AI sends it and Outlook files it in Sent Items.

You can also edit and send from the draft card in apps that show cards. Send on my behalf works for Outlook too.

What if it does not send?

• If the card or link says sending is off, ask your AI to turn sending on.
• If sending is on and the send fails with a permission error, reconnect the inbox on the Inboxes page and try again.
