Sending from Outlook and Microsoft 365

Inbox Triage sends from Outlook and Microsoft 365. Your AI writes the draft into your Outlook Drafts folder, shows you the full email, and sends it only after you approve that exact text.

What you need

  • Sending turned on for your account. See Turn sending on or off.
  • A reconnected Outlook inbox. Sending needed a new permission from Microsoft, so inboxes connected before it was added have to sign in once more.

How it works

  1. Your AI writes the draft. It appears in your Outlook Drafts folder.
  2. You see the full email, with To, Subject, and the body.
  3. You approve it. Your AI sends it and Outlook files it in Sent Items.

You can also edit and send from the draft card in apps that show cards.

If there is no Send

Sending is probably off for your account, or the inbox needs reconnecting. The card says which.
