Your mail goes to the AI apps you connect, when they ask for it for a task you gave them. Our hosting provider stores it for
you. No person at Inbox Triage reads it unless you ask, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
Your AI app
When you ask your AI to work on your mail, Inbox Triage sends it the messages it needs. Only apps you connected yourself, with a sign-in or API key you approved, can ask. You can disconnect any of them in Settings.

Google and Microsoft are your mail providers, so they already hold your mail.
People at Inbox Triage
No one here reads your mail unless you ask us to look at a specific message, it is needed for security or to investigate abuse, or the law requires it.
What we never do
- Train or improve any AI model with your mail.
- Sell your data or use it for ads.
- Run our own AI on your mail.
