Your AI app
When you ask your AI to work on your mail, Inbox Triage sends it the messages it needs. Only apps you connected yourself, with a sign-in or API key you approved, can ask. You can disconnect any of them in Settings.

Your mail provider (Google, Microsoft, Apple, Yahoo, AOL, or your IMAP host) already holds your mail.
People at Inbox Triage
No one here reads your mail unless you ask us to look at a specific message, it is needed for security or to investigate abuse, or the law requires it.
What we never do
- Use your mail to train or improve a language model or any AI app, ours or anyone else's.
- Sell your data or use it for ads.
- Run an AI model on your mail.
The spam filter learns from your own decisions and keeps counts of word pairs, not the messages. Those counts also feed a shared filter, except for Gmail, Google Workspace, Yahoo, and AOL mail, which only trains that inbox's own filter. How it works: Security. Full detail: Privacy Policy.
