Delete your account

In Settings, open Advanced, find Delete account, confirm with your password (or type DELETE), and choose Delete my account. This cannot be undone.

Steps

  1. Open Settings and expand Advanced.
  2. In Delete account, enter your password. If you sign in with Google only, type DELETE.
  3. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

What is deleted

  • Your account and connected inboxes.
  • Our copy of your mail, and the stored sign-ins and passwords.
  • Your activity log, API keys, and connected AI apps.
  • Your subscription is canceled.

For Gmail, we also ask Google to remove our access. Your mail at your provider is not touched. Backups roll over within 30 days. Stripe keeps billing records as the law requires.

Remove access on the provider's side

Your provider may still list Inbox Triage. See Remove Inbox Triage from your Google, Microsoft, or Apple account.
