How much does Inbox Triage cost?

Pro is $15/mo for 5 inboxes, plus $2/mo for each extra inbox, up to 10. Prices are in US dollars, plus tax where it applies.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Your AI can no longer use your inboxes until you upgrade to Pro. Nothing is charged, because the trial never asks for a card.

Do I pay per AI app or per person?

Neither. You pay per connected inbox. You can connect as many AI apps as you like.

Do you give refunds?

There are no partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it. When you cancel or lower your plan, the change takes effect at your next bill.

Can my AI upgrade my plan or add inboxes to it?

No. It can only give you a link. You see the price on our website and approve it yourself.

How do I cancel?

In Settings, under Billing, choose Cancel plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing month and then stops. You can keep it any time before then.

Where are my receipts?

In Settings, under Billing history, and in the email Stripe sends for each payment.
