How do I add an MCP connector in Claude Desktop?

Open Settings, then Connectors, choose Add custom connector, paste https://getinboxtriage.com/mcp, and choose Connect. Sign in and choose Allow.

How do I connect my work Outlook to ChatGPT?

Connect the Outlook inbox on the Inboxes page first. Then add Inbox Triage to ChatGPT as a connector with developer mode on, using https://getinboxtriage.com/mcp. ChatGPT can read and draft in Outlook. Sending from Outlook is not available yet.

Is there an email MCP server for Claude Code?

Yes. Run claude mcp add --transport http inbox-triage https://getinboxtriage.com/mcp, then /mcp and Authenticate. You get slash commands such as /mcp__inbox-triage__triage_today.

Can I connect more than one AI app?

Yes. Each app signs in separately and shows up under Connected agents in Settings. Adding apps does not change your price.

Why does my AI say it cannot find Inbox Triage?

The address must go in the app's connector settings, not in a chat message. Also check that the connector is turned on for the chat you are in. See My AI app does not see Inbox Triage.

Do I need an API key?

Not for Claude, Claude Code, or ChatGPT. You sign in through your browser instead. API keys are for scripts and apps that cannot open a browser.
