Why Outlook and Microsoft 365 are draft-only

Inbox Triage does not send from Outlook or Microsoft 365 inboxes yet. Your AI writes the draft into your Outlook Drafts folder, and you open Outlook to send it.

What works today

  • Your AI writes drafts that appear in Outlook's Drafts folder.
  • You open Outlook, check the draft, and choose Send there.
  • Reading, searching, archive, Deleted Items, Junk, and undo all work.

What you will see

The draft card has no Send button for Outlook. It says to open Outlook to edit and send. If you ask your AI to send, it tells you the same.

Other inboxes

Gmail, Google Workspace, iCloud, and IMAP inboxes can send after you turn sending on and approve each email. See Turn sending on or off.
