Yes, Claude can work in several email accounts at once through Inbox Triage: up to 10 inboxes from Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo, AOL, and any IMAP host. You add one custom connector to Claude, connect each inbox on our site, and Claude reads, sorts, and drafts across all of them.

How do I connect several email accounts to Claude?
- Create an Inbox Triage account. The trial needs no card.
- On the Inboxes page, add each address and choose Connect. Gmail and Outlook sign in on Google's or Microsoft's own page. iCloud, Yahoo, and AOL take an app password, and other IMAP inboxes a password or app password, on a private form, never in the chat.
- Give each inbox a clear label, like "Work" or "Personal Gmail", so you and Claude can tell them apart.
- In Claude (claude.ai or the desktop app), open Settings, then Connectors.
- Choose Add custom connector.

Questions about several email accounts in Claude
Can Claude use Gmail and Outlook at the same time?
Yes. Connect both inboxes to Inbox Triage. Claude reaches every connected inbox through the one connector, so a single question can cover both.
Do I add a connector for each email account?
No. You add Inbox Triage to Claude once. Each email account is connected on the Inbox Triage site, and they all come through that one connector.
Does it work in Claude Code?
Yes. Run claude mcp add --transport http inbox-triage https://getinboxtriage.com/mcp, then authenticate with /mcp. Claude Code gets numbered text lists instead of the inbox view.
Can Claude send email for me?
Only after you turn sending on and approve each email. Claude shows you a prompt with Send, Edit, and Cancel, or a link to our approval page. Typing yes in the chat does not send.
Will Claude see my passwords?
No. Gmail and Outlook sign in on Google's or Microsoft's page. App passwords for iCloud, Yahoo, AOL, and IMAP go into a private form that Claude never sees.
How many accounts can I connect?
Up to 3 on the free trial and up to 10 on Pro, in any mix of providers.
