How do I use two Gmail accounts in Claude?
- Create an Inbox Triage account. The trial needs no card.
- On the Inboxes page, add your first Gmail address and choose Connect. Sign in with that Google account.
- Add your second Gmail address and choose Connect. When Google asks, pick the second account, not the first.
- Give each inbox a label you will say out loud, like "Personal" and "Work".
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, choose Add custom connector, paste

Personal Gmail and Google Workspace together
A Workspace work account signs in with Google the same way as a personal one. Some Workspace admins limit which apps can use company accounts. If Google refuses, ask your admin to allow Inbox Triage.
What Claude can do in each Gmail account
- Read and search, including older mail through Gmail search.
- Archive, move to Trash, or mark as spam, with undo for 7 days.
- Star messages and apply your Gmail labels.
- Find newsletters and unsubscribe, after you approve it.
- Write replies from the account the email arrived in, and send one after you turn sending on and approve it.

Can Claude see two Gmail accounts at the same time?
Yes. Each Gmail account is a separate inbox in Inbox Triage, and Claude reaches all of them through the one connector.
Will Claude reply from the right account?
Yes. Replies are drafted from the inbox the email arrived in. For a new email, tell Claude which inbox to use by its label.
Can I add a third or fourth Gmail?
Yes. The free trial takes 3 inboxes and Pro takes up to 10, Gmail or any other provider.
