Work Workspace, a second Gmail, the iCloud address your family uses, Fastmail or a self-hosted domain: many assistant connectors leave those out. People then either skip those inboxes or paste an app password into chat. Inbox Triage prices by connected inbox so one agent can reach the accounts you already juggle.

Mix providers on one plan
Personal Gmail, Microsoft 365, iCloud, and custom-domain IMAP can share one subscription and one agent.

Triage across accounts
Each inbox syncs its own window: newest ~300 messages per selected folder for iCloud/IMAP/Microsoft, ~40 for Gmail (INBOX + Sent + Drafts by default). The agent calls list_inboxes, then list_messages / get_message scoped to an inbox, and create_draft from the correct account.
Attachments, without the chat window
Ask for a file and the agent gets a download link good for about 15 minutes, so it saves the file to your machine instead of pushing it through the conversation. Up to 50 MB per file, included with Pro. Search stays in the synced window.

Do I need five human seats for five inboxes?
No. One agent, one API key, up to ten connected inboxes. The meter is inboxes, not people.
Can I mix Gmail and iCloud on the same plan?
Yes. Any mix of Gmail, Microsoft, iCloud, and custom-domain IMAP counts toward the same 5-inbox Pro limit.
What happens past 10 inboxes?
